Join MPS as an Electronic Delivery Lead and ensure the smooth, secure, and reliable operation of our electronic delivery network while providing expert technical support to exhibitors.
You'll help drive delivery‑focused projects and coordinate team resources to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
What You’ll Do:
Support Team by ensuring adherence to SOPs, dead-lines, and organisational procedures. Manage the team’s training programme, and personal development. Use coaching and motivational approaches to maintain a committed, high-performing team aligned with MPS goals.Collaborate with teams across the Fulfilment Department to co-ordinate and plan film releases. Assess emerging and existing technologies to enhance and strengthen the current electronic delivery network. Engage with new exhibition customers to expand the network and drive growth.
Provide management and support for our exhibition customers during live broad-casts. Work with partners to support new AV equipment for our joint customers.
Support Efficiently manage electronic content deliveries to ensure a ‘no black screen’ policy. Provide three-tier technical support to customers to maintain a minimum of 95% online hardware SLA
What You’ll Bring:
An understanding of Digital Cinema Intiative (DCI) standardsProficient in the Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Good level of attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting potential issues
