Are you passionate about people and looking to grow your career in HR? At Motion Picture Solutions, we’re seeking an organised and proactive HR Assistant to support our small but dynamic HR Team, to provide support to 140 of our MPS colleagues across UK, US, EMEA and Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence, under the mentorship of our Senior HR Business Partner.

We’re the trusted partner for major studios and indie filmmakers, offering seamless end‑to‑end solutions in content localisation, theatrical mastering, secure electronic delivery, KDM management, digital cinema QC, and post‑production support. From subtitling and dubbing to international material packaging and premiere-day technical consultancy, our collaborative spirit and professional rigour ensure that every film shines on the big screen.
What You’ll Do (in a nutshell):
Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR processes.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
Assist with the talent acquisition, including coordination of the job board and recruitment activities
Support payroll and benefits administration.
Contribute to HR projects such as engagement and learning initiatives.
Qualifications/Experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and a proactive approach.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Previous HR or administrative experience is essential
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is a plus.
