Join MPS as Product Owner - Key Generation Platform (KeyGen) and be accountable for leading the development and delivery of a secure, scalable, and high-performing key generation system

What You’ll Do:

The role will focus on translating business needs into actionable solutions, working collaboratively with internal teams and external clients to ensure the successful and timely implementation of these solutions. As the owner of the KeyGen platform, the Product Owner would be responsible for setting the product vision, shaping the roadmap, and driving delivery in close partnership with stakeholders, developers, and leadership.

• Extensive experience in leading teams and project management with a strong track record of driving performance and overseeing day-to-day operations at scale

Qualifications/Experience

• Strong, in-depth knowledge of digital cinema, specifically around KDM
  
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing project teams, with a solid grasp of operational efficiency and user support excellence.
  
• Demonstrated success in managing projects and delivery to deadlines, especially those imposed by external clients, strong client services approach, and customer service
  
• Strong expertise in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, team empowerment, and fostering transparency within teams and processes.
  
• Exceptional communication and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to guide, support, and develop individuals and teams effectively and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
  
• Ability to identify market trends and applicable technologies
